About this service

Trexia provides a fact-based visibility and integration assessment based on your self-reported pains and system capabilities. This is not an AI audit, and we do not fabricate missing data. We use verified platform research (such as Google UCP Waitlist status and actual AI search crawler guidelines) to ground expectations.

UCP is a transaction protocol, not an indexing shortcut. AI platform citations are not guaranteed search rankings. We help you map your existing systems and evaluate baseline operational readiness before attempting integrations.

Full-service hotel with restaurants and amenities

Hotel (Full-Service): Keep chain scale, service model, physical format and location separate. Vacation rentals, bed-and-breakfasts and RV sites are not automatically hotel-room businesses.

Examples and distinctions: A resort describes format and amenities, not automatically luxury scale. A boutique hotel may have limited or full service. Long stays do not verify a property's chain scale.

How to check: Owner/operator description, inventory and service offering, any documented classification authority and local lodging approvals. Unknown or uncertain? Leave optional fields blank and describe the uncertainty below.

Hotel chain scale describes market positioning from economy to luxury, not a local star rating. Brand names do not verify scale. Service model describes what is actually offered: limited (core lodging), select (selected food or meeting services), full (broader food and guest services), extended stay (longer-stay operating model). These dimensions are independent.
