Does Trexia guarantee my marketing is compliant?
No. Drafts are screened for fair-housing language and state advertising references, and brokerages can route content to broker review. A person approves what goes out; Trexia does not certify legal compliance.
Does anything publish automatically?
No. AI drafts listing descriptions, emails and posts for you to review. You choose what to send or schedule.

How does PIP procurement work?
Submit a PIP intake with your property details and documents. After review, it can become a procurement workspace where you invite vendors, collect proposals and track delivery.

No. Bring brand-approved plans and drawings. Brand approval and code compliance stay with the owner and their licensed professionals.
How do vendors join?
Vendors describe their services and request setup. A profile or introduction is not a certification; owners and agents choose providers using their own process.

How is data sent to AI providers handled?
Every AI request runs through one gateway that requires an account context and redacts personal information before it reaches a provider. Brokerages can block providers, set how long AI logs are kept and use their own provider keys.
Trust & security →Which systems connect to Trexia?
Supported connections include Dotloop, Google contacts, Calendly and Stripe billing. What syncs depends on the provider, your plan and the permissions you grant.
Can I get a copy of my data or delete my account?
Yes. You can request access, export or deletion through your account settings or by contacting support.
