Real Estate Goals Assessment

Learn how Trexia structures real estate acquisition, ownership, sale, improvement, development and exchange decisions. Create an account or sign in before entering personal, property, market, or financial information.

What this assessment provides

It organizes self-reported goals for residential, multifamily, hospitality, retail, office, industrial, land, mixed-use and specialty interests into an explainable planning summary. It is useful before an acquisition brief, valuation request, 1031 intake, improvement/PIP or development workflow—not a replacement for them.

Relevant questions

The private guided path asks only for decision, asset, market, timing and optional operating context relevant to the choices you select.

Explainable report

A versioned rules rubric distinguishes confirmed information, suggestions and unknowns without assigning a sales score.

Important limits

Trexia does not verify property values, create inventory matches, approve financing, determine tax eligibility or savings, or automatically contact professionals.

Questions and answers

Can I use this before creating an account?

You can review the educational question categories before creating an account. Saving answers, loading follow-up questions, and generating or viewing a private report require an authenticated private workspace. Trexia does not issue an anonymous report capability.

Does a 1031 selection mean I qualify?

No. The report can surface federal U.S. educational sources when you describe a U.S. context, but it never confirms eligibility, a deadline, an election or tax savings. Discuss the facts with a qualified intermediary and tax professional.

What happens after I choose a next step?

You choose whether to open a supported Trexia workflow. Trexia does not automatically send outreach, request quotes, value property or perform financial transactions from this assessment.
